According to the Cambridge Ancient History, a Taberna was a “retail unit" within the Roman empire and furthermore was where many economic activities and many service industries were provided, including the sale of cooked food, wine and bread.
In Spain, a Taberna is a place where you meet friends and have a good time while you eat delicious Tapas or drink a glass of Sangria.
La Taberna is a dream. Our aim is to serve our customers with the best quality Spanish Tapas and memorable, unique and enjoyable Wine, and that our relationship will be based in the concept of an old Spanish word, AMIGO (meaning friend).
La Taberna is a fusion of a typical Spanish Tapas Restaurant and bar. We will bring to our amigos only the best quality food and wine. We will develop the most friendly environment for them, with the warmth of Mediterranean way of life.
